SFTP Data Transfer

AYIN utilizes SFTP to facilitate the secure transfer of data files utilizing industry best practices to provide a highly reliable and secure data transfer environment that also includes monitoring, notifications, SSH/PGP encryption, and user access controls (mandated password resets, automatic user disabling after a given time period of no activity).

AYIN’s preference is to have all PLAN data files be “pushed” to our hosting environment via connections to secure.phtech.com which supports a web interface or connections are supported through a file transfer program such as FileZilla. AYIN can support “pulling” data from the PLAN, but it is preferred that data be “pushed” to AYIN.

User accounts and connection details are provisioned by opening a ticket at help.ayin.com and will require the request to include the user’s full name, email address, organization they are with and phone number. Once the user account is created the system will send a link to the user to connect to the system where a password will be established to log into the SFTP server.
