Whats Changing?
As part of our ongoing effort to unify the look and feel of CIM as well as improve the experience an updated version of the Claim Search tool is available for all users to try out starting on Friday May 24th 2019.
The updated tool improves: Searching and filtering capabilities, Improved loading speeds, and relevant information recognition. Printing is now in a more legible format.
How do I use the new tool?
When you first land on the claim search tool you will be presented with a tour that shows you how to opt in. Simply click the cog wheel and select to try the new claim search tool. Alternatively, should you encounter any errors with the new tool, you can click the same cog wheel to go back to the previous version at any time.
