Whats Changing
CIM supports multiple service lines on authorizations (enabled on a per-plan basis). Each individual service line contains its own:
- Procedure Code
- Procedure Code Group
- Status
- Max Units/Visits
- Max Dollars
Multiple service line authorization types are designated with (MSL). These changes are visible in Referral Manager and Submit Authorization. On non (MSL) auth types, services will still be handled as they are today.
