Currently, Member Additional Information, which are custom fields created for each Health Plan, is only displayed in the Additional Information tabs of Member Search and Demographic Manager. With the new Member Additional Information Display Configuration feature, Health Plans may choose to display Member Additional Information more prominently in Member Search, Demographic Manager, or on Referrals. Each Member Additional Information field may be enabled for display on one or more of those 3 locations.
For example, a Health Plan could choose to display Member Additional Information fields called "Branch Office" and "Case Worker" in all 3 locations. These fields would be displayed alongside existing member data fields as illustrated below.
