We have added a Visibility option to the emails created from referrals in Referral Manager. Previously, emails composed using Referral Manager generated a note attached to the referral with public visibility. Public notes are visible to any user who has access to the member and the referral.
The new Visibility option will allow the user to select public or private visibility with public as the default option. Private notes are only visible to other staff in the email composer's office and to plan staff.
The functionality of the Visibility option matches the behavior in other areas of CIM where emails can be composed (e.g., Demographic Manager's "Send Email Regarding this Member" link).
