With the July 25 update to CIM, we will be improving the functionality of the View EOB links presented in Claim Manager and Claim Search.

Previous Functionality:
Previously, the EOB displayed from the View EOB links would be a rendering of the state of the claim as of today and not necessarily match the original EOB generated by PaySpan. For example, the EOB would display the current date. In situations where the Plan does not utilize EOBs, an error message would be displayed:
New Functionality:
- The View EOB link will no longer be displayed at all in either Claim Search or Claim Manager for Plans that do not utilize EOBs.
- For plans that utilize EOBs, the View EOB link will open Document Manager and display a list of all Weekly, Monthly, and/or Quarterly EOBs that are associated with the claim. Note: accessing Document Manager using the View EOB link will only load the relevant EOBs into Document Manager. Other documents will not be displayed using this method. To see all member documents, access Document Manager through Demographics Manager.
