Please complete the following steps to set up your new account for access to Health Share of Oregon data in CIM. After January 1, 2020, you will need to use this account for continued access to the Health Share provider portal. You will only need to complete the following steps the first time you use this account for access to CIM. If you already have an account in CIM3, please continue to complete this process as these accounts will be merged in the future.
Step 1: Navigate to https://id.ayin.com
Step 2: Enter your current CIM 6 username and existing CIM 6 password
- If you recently changed your CIM password on CIM 6 (before 11/25/2019), you may need to use your previous password (you can change this after the initial login).
Step 3: Accept the confidentiality agreement
Step 4: Select your secret questions/answers for future use
Step 5: Verify / update your user information in the system. Once completed, click Confirm.
Step 6: On the main landing page, you should now see CIM3. Click the Launch button to open the CIM 3 application, where you will access Health Share of Oregon membership.
Congratulations, your account has been set up. Beginning on January 1st, 2020, you will log into https://id.ayin.com to access the Health Share provider portal. After login, you’ll be taken to the landing page where you can use the Launch button to enter CIM 3 (step 6 above).
